Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase from Ideal Sunday, but we understand that sometimes it does not work out and you may need to make a return. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within the first 14 days after receiving your order. 

Items must be in original condition with tags and properly shipped back. Items must not have makeup or deodorant stains  or stains of any kind. 

In order to be accepted as a return, the item must be in perfect condition with the tags still on, no smell, deodorant stains, cigarette smell, dog hair, or perfume. Items that are in this condition will not be accepted. 

Ideal Sunday is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Ideal Sunday is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing by the customer. Ideal Sunday is not responsible for incorrect addresses as that was the address the customer had inputted.
